Pumpkin Patch Trip

Thursday, October 9   |  5-7:30 p.m.  |   Motley’s 

St. Andrew’s is going to the Pumpkin Patch on October 9! The entire church is invited to join us at Motley’s Pumpkin Patch for an evening of tractor rides, mazes, pig races, a cow train, slides and more. Come and go from 5–7:30 p.m. Entrance and dinner (a choice of a hamburger or hot dog meal with chips, water and a cookie) are free. Pumpkins sold separately. You’re invited to join us for the Igniting a Passion to Pray retreat October 17 & 18. Prayer leaders from All Saints Church in Dallas will share a renewed vision for prayer and give practical tools that help one go deeper into prayer. The Lord has made us for himself and invited us into an ongoing, abiding union with him through ongoing conversation throughout each day. He invites us into a life of vibrant, living prayer. Come and be ignited with a passion to pray!

Spiritual Authority Cohort

Sundays, beginning October 19 | 4:30-6 p.m. | Commons 

Spiritual Authority Cohort is a six-week prayer training that allows followers of Jesus to fully discover their identity as sons and daughters of the King and experiment with specific prayer tools in a safe environment to gain confidence to step into the spiritual authority that has been delegated to us in the name of Jesus. Surviving the Holidays

Join us on Sunday, November 9, from 2-4 p.m. for GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays, a helpful, encouraging seminar for people facing the holidays after a loved one’s death. The seminar features video interviews with counselors, grief experts, and other people who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death and who offer practical suggestions and reassurance. Attendees receive a Survival Guide filled with practical tips, encouraging words, journaling ideas and exercises for daily help through the holiday season.
